REACH Registration fee
The cost of REACH delayed pre-registration is moderate, the market price of each substance may need tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of yuan per year each substance registration fee, can provide discounts for a variety of substances, if you designate a yi representative, you need to pay annual maintenance fees every year.
REACH registration is much more expensive, if your tonnage is very high and your company is the only company to register the substance, then the total cost of registering a substance can REACH hundreds of thousands of yuan, REACH encourages data sharing through joint submission, in this case, the main registrant and the consortium will do most of the work, such as GLP testing. For technical file preparation and chemical safety reports, member registrants can refer to the joint registration data and dossier developed by the principal registrant or consortium and prepare the part of their individual registration dossier by paying a fee to the principal registrant (i.e., purchase access Notice).
What is REACH Detection
reach test is a chemical test, products export to the EU need to handle REACH test, if your products export to the EU and other countries, we should pay attention to the safety and environmental protection of materials, the REACH test of the EU countries stipulated the requirements, REACH test is for the chemical composition of the product material inside the analysis, the relevant harmful substances have exceeded the standard!
What is REACH registration
Eu manufacturers and importers must submit dossiers to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The scope and expiration date of such dossiers depend on the quantity and hazard of the substance.
Every manufacturer and importer in the EU must register more than 1 tonne of each substance per year, and Swiss companies not residing in the EU but shipping their chemicals to the EU market can appoint a representative (excluding distributors) to handle such registrations, or they can choose to leave the registration to the EU importer.
How much does REACH test cost?
REACH test how much money depends on what material your product is made of, REACH certification fees are differentiated by metal and non-metal, if your products are non-metal then the testing cost is about 1600 yuan, if your product material is metal testing costs are about 1200, if it is metal and non-metal have costs will be a little more expensive.
REACH query
According to the provisions of the EU reach regulation: the substance produced or imported by the enterprise belongs to the new substance (the substance listed on the EU market after 1981), then from June 1, 2008, the enterprise needs to complete the formal registration of the reach regulation before it can continue to legally engage in the production or import of the product, but before the formal registration, it must be checked first. The substances produced or imported by the enterprise are phased substances and need to submit reach pre-registration or post-pre-registration between June 1, 2008 and May 31, 2017. If the enterprise misses the pre-registration or post-registration, Formal registration can only take place after an inquiry as required by the regulations.
Query means that the basic substance identification information, component information, process description and substance identification spectra are submitted to echa for the official judgment of the identity of the substance to match the joint registered substance and the joint registered member. For non-phased substances, available data node information can also be obtained by querying.
What products need to be done?
Substances, compositions and intentionally released substances in articles exported to the EU in excess of 1 tonne/year.
The industries involved mainly include chemical, mineral, metal, medicine, daily chemical products and other fields.
What businesses need to do?
Export enterprises that did not pre-register phased substances (post-registration) before June 1, 2017;
Export enterprises of non-phased substances.
