On August 31, 2022, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued a public notice on the information of chemical substances to be added to the List of Existing Chemical Substances in China in the second batch (total eighth batch) in 2022, which is as follows:
According to the "New Chemical Substances Environmental Management Registration Measures" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 12, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") and the "New Chemical Substances Environmental Management Registration Guide" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guide") requirements, the Ministry of the chemical substances submitted by the relevant units to add to the "List of existing chemical substances in China" application materials were reviewed. The application materials for the addition of six chemical substances meet the relevant requirements of the Guide and the provisions of Article 3 of the Measures, and are to be added to the List of Existing Chemical Substances in China.
According to the relevant requirements of the Guide, in order to reflect the principles of openness, fairness and justice and accept public supervision, the information of 6 chemical substances (see the attached table) to be added to the List of Existing Chemical Substances in China in the second batch (total Batch 8) in 2022 is hereby publicized as follows.
