  The revised Korean K-REACH regulation, which came into effect on January 1, 2019, strengthens the requirements for new chemical substances, requiring that quantities of less than 1 ton/year also need to be registered or notified.

Pre-registration: Under K-REACH, new chemical substances cannot be pre-registered.
Notification: If the export volume to Korea is less than 100kg/ year, a notification should be made. There is no need to do experiments, and the total cost is low, several thousand yuan can be.
Official registration: Export to Korea is greater than 100kg/ year, less than 1 ton/year, to do the official registration.
