1) Report the overall problem

Not prepared in accordance with GB/T 16483-2008 "Hazardous Chemical Safety Technical Specification Content and Sequence of Items" or GHS requirements or still using the repealed GB/T 17519.1-1998 "Hazardous Chemical Safety Data Sheet Part 1 Content and project Order "and GB16483-2000" Hazardous Chemical Safety Technical specification preparation provisions ", resulting in the report does not have the national standard requirements listed in the 16 content or part of the order reversed.

2) Part II Hazard Overview of existing problems

Export products are not classified as hazardous according to the requirements of the importing country or the United Nations GHS; The GHS classification results of some imported products are not accurate. The hazard statement/precaution statement is not standardized, the description is inaccurate, and the language is more colloquial, which does not meet the requirements of the United Nations GHS; The choice of signal words is wrong and does not match the degree of risk, such as “ Danger ” Written as “ Warning ” , or vice versa; The pictograph was selected incorrectly. Mismatch with hazard description, mixed with transport pictograms, wrong sequence of precedence; The contents of the missing prevention instructions are not comprehensive or do not match the danger instructions.

3) The third part of the component information is incomplete or non-standard

The chemical name, common name, Chemical Abstract Registration number (CAS), etc., shall be listed for pure substances, and the chemical name and concentration or concentration range of all ingredients that are hazardous and present in quantities exceeding their critical levels shall be listed for mixtures. Missing ingredients or unclear content in some reports.

4) Part 14 Incorrect or missing Transportation information

This section must list the UN number, UN official shipping name, hazard class, packaging class, environmental hazard, etc. Some reports lack hazard class or environmental hazard. Or where the transport information does not conform to the hazard classification in Part II of the SDS.

5) Other parts

The fourth part of the first aid measures and the fifth part of the fire measures are not targeted or missing part of the small project title; The physicochemical properties data in Part IX, toxicology data in Part XI and ecological data in Part XII are incomplete or inconsistent with the risk classification in Part II.
