On April 25, the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center issued a statement on the public solicitation of C.I. Notice of new varieties of 5 kinds of food related products such as pigment black 7.
The 5 new varieties of food related products are:
C.I. Pigment Black 7; Carbon black
Acrylamide copolymer with methylacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, Itaconic acid and N,N' -methylene diacrylamide
Tributyl 2-(ethylene oxy)-1,2, 3-propyltricarboxylate
1, 4-benzoic acid polymer with sebacic acid and 1, 2-glycol
Polymers of methacrylic acid with butyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate and polymers of hydroquinone with 4, 4-methylene bis (2, 6-dimethylphenol) and chloromethylethylene oxide with N, n-dimethylethanolamine
According to the requirements of the Provisions on Administrative Licensing of New Varieties of Food Related Products and the Provisions on the Declaration and Acceptance of New Varieties of Food Related Products, C.I. Five new varieties of food-related products, including pigment Black 7, have passed the technical review of the expert review committee. It is now open to the public for comments, and relevant stakeholders can give written feedback to the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center before May 24, 2023.
