Standard specification for packaging materials
The packaging of pesticide commodities should generally comply with GB3796-2018 "General Rules for Pesticide Packaging", and for cream products should also meet the requirements of GB4838-2018 "Pesticide cream Packaging", which are implemented on January 1, 2020.
The standard requires that the packaging of pesticide products should be strong and tight, the liner is tight, the mark is clear, the weight is appropriate, and the use is easy. The inner packaging should be strong and durable, do not have any physical and chemical interaction with pesticides and damage the product, do not swell, do not leak, do not affect product quality. The outer packing material should be strong and durable to ensure that the contents are not damaged.
Related testing of packaging materials
According to NY/T1860.16-2016 "Guidelines for Testing Chemical and Chemical Properties of Pesticides" and NY/T 1427— The contents of the 2016 "General Rules for the Stability Test of Pesticide Storage at Room Temperature" have corresponding tests for packaging materials.
In the test of chemical and chemical properties of pesticides, under certain temperature conditions ((54± 2) Storage at ℃ for 2 weeks, (50± 2) Storage at ℃ for 4 weeks, (45± 2) Storage at ℃ for 6 weeks, (40± 2) Storage at ℃ for 8 weeks, (35± 2) Storage at ℃ for 12 weeks and (30± 2) Storage at ° C for 18 weeks) Storage of the packaging container containing the tested object, using the accelerated stability test to quickly infer the corrosion of the product to the packaging material. In the storage stability experiment at room temperature, the corrosion of the packaging materials by the tested objects during the product quality assurance period at room temperature was detected.
Therefore, in the registration process, attention should be paid to ensuring that the relevant information of packaging materials is filled in uniformly and correctly in the full set of registration data. If two packaging materials are registered at the same time, it is necessary to carry out storage stability tests at room temperature respectively, and if the packaging materials used in production are replaced after registration, it is necessary to carry out storage stability tests at room temperature again.
